The objective of this study was to analyze the logistical factors that influence the competitiveness of quinoa exports between Bolivia and Peru during the period 2022–2024. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and a descriptive-explanatory design, employing secondary data from national and international organizations such as the Bolivian Institute of Foreign Trade, the National Institute of Statistics, ECLAC, FAO, and IDB. The results show that Bolivia registered a 31% increase in export volume and an 82% increase in FOB value, while Peru consolidated its regional leadership with approximately 55,000 tons and a value of US$138 million in 2024. The comparative analysis identified significant differences in transport infrastructure, port efficiency, logistics costs, and the digitization of customs processes—factors that directly impact export competitiveness. It is concluded that logistical efficiency is a determining factor for the international performance of quinoa, highlighting Peru's structural advantages. The findings provide evidence for formulating policies aimed at strengthening logistics infrastructure, customs modernization, and promoting international certifications, in order to improve Bolivia's integration into higher value-added markets.
