Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) without evident organic etiology constitutes a multifactorial condition in which neurophysiological, endocrine, and emotional alterations converge. This article integrates the theoretical foundations and preliminary clinical evaluation of the DrGSpot model, an interdisciplinary approach that combines vaginal regenerative medicine, stimulation of the anterior neurovascular complex, vagal regulation, structured emotional support, and quantum bioenergetic integration within the conceptual framework of the DrGSpot DNA Activation Program. A 12-week quasi-experimental longitudinal study was conducted with 60 adult women (30–55 years) presenting low sexual desire or anorgasmia without active gynecological pathology. The Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and heart rate variability (HRV) measurements were applied. After the intervention, statistically significant improvements were observed in overall sexual function (p = .003), reduction in state anxiety (p = .010), and an increase in the RMSSD index as a marker of parasympathetic tone (p = .020).The concept of neurogenital coherence is introduced and developed as the functional synchronization between the autonomic nervous system, the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal axis, and the limbic system. The results suggest that interventions aimed at autonomic regulation, somatic integration, and quantum bioenergetic coherence may contribute to comprehensive sexual and emotional well-being in women, requiring validation through randomized controlled trials.
