Coherencia Neurogenital, Regulación Vagal y Medicina Regenerativa Aplicada a la Salud Sexual Femenina: Fundamentos, Integración Bioenergética y Evaluación Clínica Preliminar del Modelo DrGSpot

La disfunción sexual femenina (DSF) sin etiología orgánica evidente constituye una condición multifactorial en la que convergen alteraciones neurofisiológicas, endocrinas y emocionales. El presente artículo integra los fundamentos teóricos y la evaluación clínica preliminar del modelo DrGSpot, una propuesta interdisciplinaria que combina medicina regenerativa vaginal, estimulación del complejo neurovascular anterior, regulación vagal, apoyo emocional estructurado e integración bioenergética cuántica en el marco conceptual del Programa de Activación del ADN DrGSpot. Se condujo un estudio longitudinal cuasiexperimental de doce semanas con 60 mujeres adultas (30-55 años) con bajo deseo sexual o anorgasmia sin patología ginecológica activa. Se aplicaron el Índice de Función Sexual Femenina (FSFI), el Inventario de Ansiedad Estado-Rasgo (STAI) y mediciones de variabilidad de la frecuencia cardíaca (VFC). Tras la intervención se observaron mejoras estadísticamente significativas en la función sexual global (p = .003), reducción de la ansiedad estado (p = .010) e incremento del índice RMSSD como marcador de tono parasimpatico (p = .020). Se introduce y desarrolla el concepto de coherencia neurogenital como la sincronización funcional entre el sistema nervioso autónomo, el eje hipotalámico-hipofisario-suprarrenal y el sistema límbico. Los resultados sugieren que las intervenciones orientadas a la regulación autonómica, la integración somática y la coherencia bioenergética cuántica pueden contribuir al bienestar sexual y emocional integral de la mujer, requiriendo validación mediante ensayos controlados aleatorizados.
